Music Kinetics Workshop – “Music & Motion: Discovering Music’s Elements” LYDIA LINARDOU
“Music without Limits II” – A music workshop for children
What would it be like if all children had access to music education? And if classical music became more accessible, more “popular” and beloved by the general public? Music, beyond being an art form, is a valuable tool for development: it cultivates imagination, enhances cognitive and emotional growth, and serves as a bridge for social inclusion. The experiential music workshop “Music without Limits”, now being held for the second consecutive year, offers children the opportunity to explore music through play, movement, and improvisation. In today’s multicultural society, it is important that all children have equal opportunities to access art and creativity. Through hands-on musical games, familiarization with musical instruments, and collective expression, children engage with music in a natural and enjoyable way, gaining skills that support both their individual and collective development.
